1.  There will be no "tungsten striking" phenomenon
For copper plate processing, the phenomenon of "tungsten beating" is easy to produce a large amount of metal dust or metal steam. If it enters the molten pool for welding, it is easy to produce a large number of honeycomb pores or cracks.   In case of "tungsten collision" in copper plate processing and welding, stop the work as soon as possible, or replace the tungsten electrode, correct the tungsten electrode tip, and there is no copper plate metal.

2.  The welding temperature shall be well controlled

For copper plate processing, the temperature between layers must be controlled well, especially when welding problems, the temperature at this time has not reached the requirements, this time need to preheat, need to be heated to more than 500 degrees, otherwise prone to no fusion or poor fusion defects.  Under the condition of suitable temperature, the welding speed should be faster, and the plate and wire can be integrated to achieve a more ideal effect.  

3.  Other considerations

Copper plate processing and welding of the bond must be firm and reliable, so that the surface can be reduced to a large extent to scratch the situation.  After the welding joint is cooled, rotate the pipe fittings and make the pads firm.

H5

H63

Brass plate international brass: suitable for cold pressing, welding and brazing. Easy polishing, wire drawing, such as copper, bending molding is through the main alloy. Used for screw, pickling round roller, etc.

H65

Brass plate international brass: the performance is between h88 and H62, the price is H68 cheap, has high strength and plasticity, and can be well processed by cold and hot pressure. Used for hardware, daily necessities, small springs, screws, rivets and machine parts.
